What fibromyalgia feels?what fibromyalgia does for the human body?

My friend asked me how I was doing today ? I told her today was a bad day.  (who seems to think little about how painful it can be).

She said, why is this?
Me: Just with the upcoming climate changes and my allergies acting, I’m having a very bad flare.
She: I still don’t understand what you mean by flame. It means I have the flu too.

Yes it’s pains, But we all go ahead.

What fibromyalgia feels? what fibromyalgia does for the human body?

Me: That’s the whole point right there! People with Fibromyalgia don’t get to go ahead !! It’s fixed for us.
She: Well, you have a really soft bed, Just stay in it and you will be fine.
Me: Do you think? Well, let me explain something to you.

My bed consists of:
-Pillow top mattress
-8 inch memory foam mattress on top
-4 inch memory foam on top of it
-PADDED mattress pad to cover everything.
I even sleep with a soft blanket above my sheets. Because the lids are too rough on my skin.
Why extreme? I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for more than 30 years. I have what the princess formulated and pea syndrome. Lighter specifications dirt can irritate the hell out of me,Everyone I know has a bed that feels more than ever!
But do you know how I felt when I woke up this morning?
She said, well rested and I imagine.
Me: Actually it was much the opposite. I felt as if I had been badly beaten and left to bleed on a cold concrete floor last week.

She said, how could it be?

Me: Because that’s actually “cold, hard” for what fibromyalgia does for the human body. Sometimes soft is not soft enough. Sometimes warm is not warm enough. But we adapt as much as possible and hope your day will be a better day.
She: I’m sorry. I think I didn’t think of anything because it always seems “normal.” I thought you were just a “few cores” when I complained.
Me: Don’t feel bad. I have friends with Fibromyalgia who seem to think the same thing. They don’t have the same pain, so of course it can’t be that bad. Well, we all have different kinds of pain. We all have different levels of pain. I know one woman says pain is level 8 when I call it 3 or 4. I have greater tolerance for pain. But when I have a lot of pain, you don’t understand that, because she never experienced it.
She will never understand her pain unless she gets fibromyalgia. Then level 3 or 4 will be like 8 for you, Because you’re not used to it.
She said, but you don’t always have in pain. What about the troubled leg?

Me: Have you experienced restless leg syndrome? Or any other nervous system disorder like that?

She said, well no. But it’s not painful. However, you still freak out it.
Me: Well, when your mind is quite exhausted while you are sleeping on your feet, but your legs say, “No, no! !!! We are dancing!” Or when you fall asleep slightly on a treadmill because your legs can’t stop moving, then you and I will have a conversation about feeling scared.
She: wow. I think I never realized. I’m sorry I was so indifferent to fibromyalgia. I think I’m one of many plus. Chronic conditions do not seem harsh. You’re not thinking of being too severe. I think they’re more like arthritis and eczema. I think I’ll be more aware and patient than here.
Me: Just don’t pity us. We don’t want pity. We want to be treated like everyone else, but with a little more understanding when we can’t get to a night or a family job. Or if it takes a long time to get the job done, My love-hate relationship with fibromyalgia| personal experience .
